Jan Grewe 6e2bfde2dc [database] fix repro run counter ...

sometimes repros do not  put out stimuli for whatever reason.
They are noted in the stimuli.dat but not e.g. in the stimspikes.dat.
This leads to conflicts when fetching the data...

Assumptions & Caveats

there is only a single subject in each dataset
each recording contains a single cell
RePro links to Cell and not to Dataset
Question: should we store the sampling rate and hardware info in the database?
ID card for each cell
