create an array that is higher than the mean freqency value of our fish (start: mean + 25hz end: mean + 100hz)
detect the frequency maxima and minima of the other fish
find and area in the first array that doesn't interfer with the second area
check if the area is large enough for the bandpass filtering
filter the data in the gaps
